To begin our journey Team Jordan made predictions based solely on the cover of the book.  Predictions help us to start to think about what we are about to read.  We think about what we see and what we already know to help make good predictions. 

This week, we are going to blog our predictions on Kidblog.  We are also going to use other comprehension strategies such as checking our predictions, questioning, visualizing, and making connections.  We are excited to talk to a global audience and share our thinking about Edward Tulane's adventures.
